Welcome to the Xaysi Inc. Marketplace (the “Platform”). This Fees and Payments Policy outlines the fees associated with selling on our Platform, how payouts are managed, and how transaction processing operates. By listing an item or service for sale on Xaysi Inc., you agree to the terms outlined below.

All fees are disclosed clearly. You’ll know what to expect before listing, selling, or receiving payouts—no hidden surprises.
1. Overview of Seller Fees
Xaysi Inc. charges a simple, transparent fee structure. We absorb all back-end payment infrastructure costs, marketplace system maintenance fees, and payment routing overhead into two primary fees.
1.1 Marketplace Transaction Fee
Rate: 6.5% of the gross sale amount.
Application: Applies to the total amount charged to the buyer, including item price, shipping, and any gift-wrapping or customization surcharges.
Deduction: Automatically deducted from the total transaction balance at the moment of purchase.
1.2 Payment Processing Fee
Rate: 3.0% + $0.25 per completed order.
Application: Covers secure credit card processing, identity verification, fraud screening, and financial network access.
Deduction: Deducted automatically from gross funds before the net amount is released to your seller balance.

To see how these fees apply to your shop earnings, look at a standard transaction scenario:
- Customer Total Payment (Item + Shipping) +$100.00
- Xaysi Marketplace Fee (6.5% of gross) -$6.50
- Payment Processing Fee (3.0% + $0.25) -$3.25
- Your Net Earnings (Deposited to Seller Balance) +$90.25
3. Payment Processing & Seller Balances
Xaysi Inc. utilizes payment infrastructure powered by Stripe Connect to manage secure transactions and financial distributions.
Key Features
- Merchant of Record: Xaysi Inc. operates as the Merchant of Record for all customer-facing transactions.
- Net Ledger: Your seller account balance reflects your net earnings (Gross sales minus all transaction and processing fees).
- Currency Conversion: If a buyer purchases an item in a currency different from your designated payout bank account, standard currency conversion rates will apply at the time of the transaction.
4. Payout Rules and Schedule
To prevent administrative fees from eroding small earnings balances, Xaysi Inc. manages payouts through a structured batch system.
4.1 Automated Payout Schedule
Standard Cadence: Payouts are automatically bundled and sent to your verified bank account every Monday.
Processing Time: Funds typically take 2 to 3 business days to settle, depending on your financial institution.
4.2 Deposit Minimums & Threshold Safeguards
Minimum Payout Balance: Must be at least $25.00 to trigger an automated weekly payout.
Balance Rollover: If under $25.00, funds roll over to the following week.
Monthly Sweep: On the last day of each month, all remaining balances over $1.00 are paid out.
5. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes
- Refund Deductions: If you issue a full or partial refund, Xaysi Inc. will return a proportional amount of the 6.5% Marketplace Transaction Fee. However, payment processing fees are non-refundable.
- Dispute Reserves: In the event of a formal dispute or credit card chargeback, Xaysi Inc. reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the disputed amount within your seller balance until the case is resolved.
6. Policy Amendments
Xaysi Inc. reserves the right to adjust transaction fees, processing rates, or payout thresholds upon 30 days’ advance notice to all active sellers via email or a notification banner on your Seller Dashboard.

Set-Up Fee
A one-time set-up fee may apply when creating a shop. If applicable, you’ll see it during the shop creation process.
Listing Fees
Charged for each item listed or renewed. Listings are typically active for four months unless sold or renewed earlier.
Advertising & Promotions
Optional promotional tools may be available. Fees depend on your selected budget or participation terms.
Subscription Services
We may introduce optional subscriptions for advanced tools in the future. Any pricing will be displayed clearly.
Payment Processing
Fees for payment processing vary by seller country/region and payment method. Processing fees are deducted automatically.
How Fees Are Applied
- Listing fees are applied when an item is created or renewed.
- Transaction fees apply when an order is placed.
- Processing fees depend on payment rails and seller region.

VAT rules may apply based on turnover thresholds and where goods are supplied (domestic vs. cross-border). Ensure compliance with local rules.
Nigeria
VAT obligations may apply to sales to Nigerian customers. Where required, sellers should register and report in line with local guidance.
